CLOCKING IN & OUT - As a reminder, no one should be clocking in or out from anywhere but your work location. Thank you.
Once your new hire paperwork is received, you will be entered into our payroll system and receive a message from ADP to complete your paperwork. This additional paperwork includes you W-4 and Direct Deposit information. You will use the ADP app to clock in/out.
You are responsible for using a paper timesheet until are able to clock in/out via the ADP app. Find the ADP MOBILE SOLUTIONS app in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
It is the policy of KBM, Inc. to maintain a professional and safe environment for its employees. Therefore, employees clothing must be neat, clean, and wrinkle-free, in good repair and grooming must project a professional appearance. Business casual (shirts with collars, slacks, dress pants, chinos, belts) clothing, to include closed toe shoes with no more than a 2” heel and within business casual standards, is acceptable. Janitors must wear company logoed shirts (if available) with the appropriate pants. Employees are responsible for purchasing his/her shirts and slacks, as well as any subsequent uniforms. It is also required for employees to wear appropriate gear (such as slip resistant shoes, gloves, dust masks, etc.) as required and in accordance with the safety rules, regulations, and laws. Employees are not allowed to wear clothing containing profanity, disrespectful sexist language/images or contain racial slurs. Clothing that exposes chest, midriff, or undergarments; clothing dropping below the waistline; tank tops or muscle shirts; leggings or spandex attire; torn or excessively tight clothing are never permitted. All employees must wear non-slip shoes. Reasonable accommodation will be made for employees sincerely held religious beliefs and disabilities when such accommodations do not cause an undue burden.
